TOS• This is a digital service, so there won't be a physical item to be delivered.
• My art should not be used for AI trainning, NFT creation and similar purposes.
• For commissions up to 250 usd, I only accept upfront payment.
• The client can utilize the created art for PERSONAL USE only. (for commercial inquiries, ask me directly)
• Unless agreed otherwise with the client, I reserve the right to use any finished art as I see fit.


HOW DO I WORKI work in 5 steps: (may vary depending on comm tier)• Scribble — A simple draft to define the overall idea/pose of the art.
• Sketch-refining — Adjustment of the scribble
• Lineart — Clean lines stage
• Filling — Base colors applied
• Shading/Coloring — Final refinement step.


REFUND RULES• 100% of the value may be refunded before I finish the "scribble" step
• 50% of the value may be refunded before I finish the "sketch-refining" step
• 25% of the value may be refunded before I finish the "lineart" step
• When the "lineart" step is done, a substantial amount of effort and time have already been invested, and the art can be considered completed. Therefore, no refund is given from this point forwards.• A full refund might be given regardless of the progress status in exceptional cases, including but not limited to: if I have to drop the commission for reasons unrelated to the our exchange, if it takes me over 6 months after the payment and the art is still undelivered, etc.
